In addition, our patient care coordinators will help you navigate the complexities of using and maximizing your dental insurance benefits to complete proposed dental treatment. Before scheduling proposed treatment, they’ll review your dental insurance benefits and estimate your potential out of pocket treatment costs.

What do I love most about working at Dentistry for the Entire Family? “Sharing in a patient’s excitement after they’ve transformed their smile. The smile on their face when they look in the mirror is priceless”!
Prior to transitioning to patient care coordinator, Kay practiced several years at Dentistry for the Entire Family as a dental assistant. She maintains her dental assistant license (AS, Macomb Community College) and is certified in CPR.
Kay often travels back to her home state of Michigan to dig her feet in the sand on the shores of Lake Superior and participates annually in the fundraiser Walk to End Alzeimer’s Disease.
For fun, Kay enjoys golfing, biking, spending time with family and friends, and come Christmas…she makes the most amazing melt in your mouth caramels. (PS. She does brush and floss afterwards:)

What do I love most about working at Dentistry for the Entire Family? “Seeing and sharing in a patient’s excitement after their treatment”. “I also love to help patient’s maximize their dental insurance benefits”.
Donna helps to schedule any necessary proposed treatment and manages our electronic records and social media presence. Donna is certified in Medical Terminology and CPR.
Donna advocates the importance of good dental health at various community area schools. After hours, Donna enjoys camping, attending car shows, and spending time with her family and friends.

Regulatory Compliance Administrator
What do you love most about your current position? “My role helps to ensure that internal systems and processes are proficient(for patients and our team) and are in compliance with regulations set forth by state and federal governing agencies”.
Prior to transitioning to patient care coordinator, Stephanie practiced several years at Dentistry for the Entire Family as a licensed dental assistant and has completed advanced training at the University of Minnesota for Restorative Functions, is certified in CPR, and completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Management back in 2015.
Outside of the practice, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and her two standard poodles. For fun, she enjoys horseback riding, boating, snowmobiling, and quilting.

What do I love most about being a patient care coordinator? “Helping patients to maximize their dental insurance benefits in order to complete necessary dental treatment.”
Prior to transitioning to patient care coordinator, Theresa practiced several years as a licensed dental and nursing assistant. She maintains her dental assistant license (Century College) and has previously completed dental implant advanced training from Nobel Biocare. Theresa is certified in CPR.
For fun, Theresa enjoys rock n’ roll and blues music, camping, and has various pet reptiles.

What do you love most about being a patient care coordinator? “Being able to help, comfort, and reassure nervous or anxious patients to schedule an appointment”.
What do you love most about working at Dentistry for the Entire Family? “My coworkers are awesome! Everyone is so nice and each person is an expert in their respective positions and will do whatever is necessary to help make sure every patient is comfortable and has a great dental appointment experience”.
Nancy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota and has worked in healthcare for 25 years and is certified in CPR.
Nancy is active in her community. She is past PTA president for Butler High School, Rotary member, and an active volunteer for H20 for Life, a service-based learning program designed to engage, educate, and inspire youth to become global citizens.
Nancy lives in White Bear Lake and has a daughter who is a firefighter in California and her son attends Century College in White Bear Lake. Nancy enjoys being active outdoors and is currently taking fencing lessons at her local gym.
