Dentistry for the Entire Family’s patient care coordinators are professional, compassionate, and friendly. They work with you to coordinate, schedule, and follow up with you before, during, and after your dental appointment.
In addition, our patient care coordinators will help you navigate the complexities of using and maximizing your dental insurance benefits to complete proposed dental treatment. Before scheduling proposed treatment, they’ll review your dental insurance benefits and estimate your potential out of pocket treatment costs.

Donna
Scheduling Coordinator
Joined Dentistry for the Entire Family in 2000
What do I love most about working at Dentistry for the Entire Family? “I love the relationships I have with our family of patients and enjoy sharing a patient’s excitement following completed treatment.
I also really enjoy working alongside my fun-loving coworkers. We all work together to help each day run as smoothly as possible”.
As a scheduling coordinator, Donna assists patients in scheduling any necessary proposed treatment including financial arrangements, as well as manages our practice’s electronic records technology.
Prior to her current role, Donna completed the Medical Terminology program at Anoka-Ramsey Community College. Donna is also certified in CPR and advocates the importance of good dental health at various community area schools during National Children’s Dental Health Month.
Outside of work, Donna and her family enjoy camping, attending car shows, traveling to the beach, and relaxing with family and friends.
A few fun facts about Donna
Reflecting on her most memorable vacations, as an adult— a Caribbean Cruise, and as a kid— our road-trip to Alaska. Donna firmly believes in the power of common sense and considers it an essential skill for everyone to possess. And if she were given a million dollars to donate, she would allocate funds to support charitable causes that benefit disabled veterans, aid the homeless, and contribute to cancer and heart research to name just a few.
Stephanie
Regulatory Compliance Administrator
Joined Dentistry for the Entire Family in 2002
Stephanie ensures that our internal systems and processes adhere to state and federal regulations, creating a seamless experience for both patients and our dedicated team.
Prior to transitioning to regulatory compliance administrator, Stephanie practiced several years at Dentistry for the Entire Family as a licensed dental assistant.
Additional education includes completing advanced training at the University of Minnesota for Restorative Functions and obtaining her Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Management.
Outside of the practice, Stephanie spends her free time with her husband, two daughters, and her two standard poodles. Interests include: horseback riding, boating, wake-surfing, paddleboarding, and downhill skiing.
A couple fun facts about Stephanie. She strongly dislikes camping—”not for me”. If she had the opportunity to take a month to travel anywhere, she’d travel to the picturesque Amalfi Coast in Italy. And as a child, Stephanie aspired to become an oceanographer, with a specific focus on studying and working with humpback whales.
Theresa
Dental Insurance & Billing Specialist
Joined Dentistry for the Entire Family in 2015
In her role, she helps patients navigate the often complex and confusing world of dental insurance benefits.
Theresa’s expertise enables her to help patients maximize available benefits in order to complete proposed treatment—and at a pace that works for them.
Prior to joining our practice, Theresa practiced several years as a licensed dental and nursing assistant.
She maintains her dental assistant license (Century College, 1991), has advanced training in dental implants from Nobel Biocare, and is certified in CPR.
Outside of work, Theresa enjoys spoiling her grandson, listening to her favorite rock n’ roll and blues music, and going camping. Her pets include three snakes and four lizards.
A few fun facts about Theresa
She once dared to try chocolate-covered ants. She cherishes her daily ritual of savoring a cup of coffee, and humorously imagines herself as a tortoise if she were an animal.
As a single mom of three, Theresa considers her courageous journey of raising her children to be the bravest thing she has ever done. She’s also had the opportunity to meet several famous people at Moondance Jam, a renowned rock and roll classic festival.
Leah
Treatment Coordinator
Joined Dentistry for the Entire Family in 2019
Leah assists patients in scheduling proposed treatment, providing financial estimates, and verifying insurance coverage for new patients.
Before joining the dental field, Leah earned a degree in Communication Arts and Literature from Winona State and taught middle and high school English for four and a half years.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys playing video games alongside her husband and snuggling with their rescue dogs.
A few fun facts about Leah
Shrek is one movie she can watch over and over again. If she could have an endless supply of any food, she’d choose Frito Lay cheese dip and chips. Her favorite vacation to date was to Maui, Hawaii and her favorite local restaurant is Hope’s breakfast bar.
Rebecca
Scheduling Coordinator

What do I most enjoy about being a scheduling coordinator? “I love helping patients—whether it’s scheduling dental hygiene appointments, answering billing questions, and/or assisting patients to schedule proposed treatment”.
What do you love most about working at Dentistry for the Entire Family? “We have the best patients and the best team”!
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys working out early in the morning at 4am, running, and cheering her kiddos on at their lacrosse and football games. She also enjoys camping and unwinding by the lake.
Fun facts. Rebecca enjoys watching romantic comedies. Her favorite author is Colleen Hoover. She is known for her signature dance move, the stanky leg. If she were to ever win the lottery, she’d invest in a Vespa. And if she were provided the opportunity to live anywhere for a month—she’d choose Ireland.
Kara
Scheduling Coordinator
Joined Dentistry for the Entire Family in 2022
Kara loves dentistry and “the opportunities it offers for me to educate patients about proposed treatment and how they can best optimize any available dental benefits they have”.
Outside of work, Kara’s personal interests revolve around outdoor activities: kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, and camping at her favorite campground in northern Minnesota.
A few fun facts about Kara. Her favorite childhood game is Clue. Her most memorable vacation to date was a trip to the Virgin Islands. And as for her bravest feat? The exhilarating experience of white water rafting down the Nile River in Africa.
Kara is an ardent supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospitals. She has fond memories of growing up in the 80s. Morning is her favorite time of day. Kara admits to having tried goat, which stands out as the weirdest thing she’s ever eaten. And on a more delightful note, she takes pride in her salsa recipe—a family favorite.
Anne
Scheduling Coordinator
Joined Dentistry for the Entire Family in 2023
Anne assists patients in scheduling preventive and restorative dental appointments. “I love being able to build relationships with our patients—and help them to understand their dental benefits”.
When asked what she enjoys about working at Dentistry for the Entire Family? “We have the best team! Everyone is so skilled at what they do”.
Outside of work, Anne is married with four children. Personal interests include cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, hiking, and weekend trips to her favorite lake getaway.
A few fun facts about Anne. Favorite movie she could watch again and again, My Big Fat Greek Wedding. As a child, she aspired to become a country music singer like Michelle Branch. Her favorite book is the Bible and she’d travel to Israel and Lebanon if she were given the opportunity to travel anywhere for a month.
