Dentistry for the Entire Family’s patient care coordinators are professional, compassionate, and friendly. They work with you to coordinate, schedule, and follow up with you before, during, and after your dental appointment.
In addition, our patient care coordinators will help you navigate the complexities of using and maximizing your dental insurance benefits to complete proposed dental treatment. Before scheduling proposed treatment, they’ll review your dental insurance benefits and estimate your potential out of pocket treatment costs.

Kay
Treatment Coordinator

What do I love most about working at Dentistry for the Entire Family?
“Sharing in a patient’s excitement after they’ve transformed their smile. The smile on their face when they look in the mirror is priceless”!
What do you love most about working at Dentistry for the Entire Family? “I especially enjoy helping patients with complex treatment plans to not feel so overwhelmed with the process of scheduling and affording necessary treatment”.
“Having worked for Dr. Cretzmeyer for over 30 years, Cretzmeyer has taught me that everyone can attain optimum oral health. and at a pace they are comfortable with so long as they keep moving forward, whether it’s one area, or one tooth at a time”.
Prior to transitioning to patient care coordinator, Kay practiced several years at Dentistry for the Entire Family as a dental assistant. She maintains her dental assistant license (AS, Macomb Community College) and is certified in CPR.
Kay often travels back to her home state of Michigan to dig her feet in the sand on the shores of Lake Superior and participates annually in the fundraiser Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease.
For fun, Kay enjoys golfing, hiking, campfires on the shore of Lake Superior, cooking, and baking. A staff favorite are her melt in your mouth caramels she so kindly share with us at Christmas. They are the best!!:)
Donna
Scheduling Coordinator
Joined Dentistry for the Entire Family in 2000
What do I love most about working at Dentistry for the Entire Family? “I love the relationships I have with our family of patients and seeing and sharing in their excitement following completed treatment. I also really enjoy my coworkers. They’re fun and we all work together to help each day run as smooth as possible”.
Donna helps to schedule any necessary proposed treatment and manages our electronic records and social media presence. Donna previously attended and completed Medical Terminology program at Anoka-Ramsey Community College and is certified in CPR.
Donna advocates the importance of good dental health at various community area schools during National Children’s Dental Health Month as well as other activities throughout the year including our annual Halloween Sweet Swap event.
For fun, Donna and her family enjoy camping, attending car shows, traveling (love the beach!), and relaxing with family and friends.

A. As an adult, a Caribbean Cruise. Growing up, our family road trip to Alaska.

Q. If you had a million dollars that you had to donate to charity, which charity would you choose?
A. I’d divide my million dollars and donate to help support our disabled Veterans, help the homeless, fund cancer and heart research to name a few.
Stephanie
Regulatory Compliance Administrator
Joined Dentistry for the Entire Family in 2002
What do you love most about your current position? “My role helps to ensure that internal systems and processes are proficient(for patients and our team) and are in compliance with regulations set forth by state and federal governing agencies”.
Prior to transitioning to regulatory compliance administrator, Stephanie practiced several years at Dentistry for the Entire Family as a licensed dental assistant and has completed advanced training at the University of Minnesota for Restorative Functions, is certified in CPR, and completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Management back in 2015.
Outside of the practice, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and her two standard poodles. For fun, she enjoys horseback riding, boating, snowmobiling, and quilting.

Theresa
Dental Insurance & Billing Specialist
Joined Dentistry for the Entire Family in 2015
What do you love most about your current role at Dentistry for the Entire Family?“Understanding dental insurance benefits is complex and is confusing for many patients. And because this is my area of expertise, I’m able to help patients to better understand their dental insurance benefits as well as help them to maximize their coverage plan in order to complete proposed treatment at a pace that works for them.”
Prior to transitioning to her current role as a dental insurance and billing specialist, Theresa practiced several years as a licensed dental and nursing assistant. Theresa maintains her dental assistant license (Education: Century College), has completed advanced training in dental implants from Nobel Biocare, and is certified in CPR.
For fun, Theresa enjoys rock n’ roll and blues music, camping, and has several pet reptiles including 4 snakes and 2 lizards.
